Ndaba A Ntsele
Chairman
Ndaba is the co-founder of Pamodzi Property Development as well as Pamodzi Investment Holdings ("Pamodzi"). He holds numerous senior board positions, mostly in Pamodzi’s portfolio companies. Not only is he the Chairman of Rand Uranium, but he is also the Chairman of Foodcorp, Pamodzi Resources Fund Advisors, Pamodzi Resources, Indwe Risk Services and the South African Agricultural Processors Association. He is also a director on the boards of Pamodzi Leisure Solutions, Marine Products and NamITech Altech Data, and is deputy chairman of Education Africa, a non-profit organisation. Ndaba has been appointed as a visiting professor and Board member at the University of the Free State and is on the Advisory Board of Wits Business School for Entrepreneurs. |

John A Munro
Chief Executive Officer
John has 18 years experience in the mining industry. His previous positions include that of Executive Vice-President of Corporate Development at Gold Fields Ltd, Executive Vice-President for International Operations and Head of Precious Metal Marketing at Gold Fields South Africa. He is a certified Engineer with a BSc in Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Cape Town as well as an Advanced Management Program Certificate from Harvard University (Boston, USA). |

David J King
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Rand Uranium, David spent 20 years at Afrisam where he worked in various capacities in its Finance division, including that of Chief Financial Officer. David is an accredited Chartered Accountant of South Africa with a B.Comm and B.Acc both from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. |

Alex T Krueger
Managing Director (First Reserve International Limited)
Alex chairs First Reserve International Limited’s Development Committee. He is involved in investment activities in all areas of the worldwide energy industry, with particular expertise in the natural resources sector. Prior to joining First Reserve, Alex worked in the Energy group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in Houston. Alex holds two B.S. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, one in Chemical Engineering and one in Finance and Statistics from the Wharton School. |

Frans Agenbag
Director: Cooke Operations
Frans has 30 years of experience in the South African Mining industry of which the majority was in Deep Level Gold Mining. He has also spent some time in the Platinum Industry. Frans is a member of AMMSA and is also registered as a Professional Certificated Engineer with ECSA. |

Alwyn Pretorius
BSc Mining Engineering, BSc Industrial Engineering
Alwyn joined Harmony on its merger with ARMgold in 2003. He began his career at Vaal Reefs mine as a mining graduate in training in 1993 and was appointed shift boss in 1995, gaining experience in remnant mining. Alwyn obtained his BSc in Industrial Engineering in 1998 and joined ARMgold in 1999 at its Orkney operations, progressing to become mine manager in 2003. Alwyn was appointed Executive, South African operations at Harmony in March 2007, and is the Chief operating officer: North region. |

Gerard H Kemp
Chief Investment Officer (Pamodzi Resources Fund)
Prior to joining Pamodzi Resources Fund Gerard was the director of business development (resources) at Rand Merchant Bank, and prior to that worked for BOE Securities, where he was twice rated the country’s top gold analyst. Before joining BOE, he spent 22 years in Anglo American’s Gold Division, where he headed the mining economics department of the West Rand region. He holds a Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering (Mineral Economics) from the University of the Witwatersrand, diplomas in Labour Relations Management and Development Management from Unisa and a Mine Surveyor’s certificate of competency. |

Graham P Briggs
Chief Executive Officer (Harmony Gold)
Graham joined Harmony Gold as New Business Manager in 1995. His previous positions include that of chief executive of Harmony Australia and regional manager for Australasia. A geologist by training, Graham has more than 35 years experience in the field and in an operational capacity at a number of South African gold mines, including a stint as ore reserve manager at Beatrix. Graham serves as a director on Harmony’s subsidiary companies and was recently appointed to the board of the VM Group in the United Kingdom. |

Hannes O Meyer
Financial Director (Harmony Gold)
Hannes has 13 years experience in the mining industry. He gained extensive mining and financial experience at Randgold and Exploration Ltd, Randgold Resources Ltd, Anglogold Ashanti Ltd and TEAL Exploration & Mining Inc (TEAL). Before joining Harmony Hannes served as chief financial officer of TEAL and as acting chief executive officer of TEAL since May 2008.

Mike Salamon
Director and Executive Chairman (New World Resources)
Mike serves as a Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors of OKD, Co-President of AMCI Capital and Non-Executive Director of Central Rand Gold, Gem Diamonds and Ferrexpo plc. He has extensive knowledge of the international mining and extractive industries. His career spans more than 30 years, the latter part of which was spent with BHP Billiton. Mr. Salamon graduated in 1975 from The University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, with a degree in Mining Engineering (Cum Laude) and obtained an MBA from the London Business School, University of London in 1981. |
