He is a certified Engineer with a BSc in Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Cape Town as well as an Advanced Management Program Certificate from Harvard University (Boston, USA). |

Prior to joining Rand Uranium, David spent 20 years at Afrisam where he worked in various capacities in its Finance division, including that of Chief Financial Officer. David is an accredited Chartered Accountant of South Africa with a B.Comm and B.Acc both from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. |

Grant M Stuart
Executive Corporate Development Officer
Prior to joining Rand Uranium, Grant was a Senior Project Developer at Harmony Gold. He has ten years experience in consulting where he worked for a wide range of clients at Deloitte spanning a variety of industries and countries. Grant holds a B.Sc from the University of Witwatersrand and a Post Graduate Diploma (Business Administration) from the Wits Business School (WBS). He is also a member of SAFEX. |

Hartley Dikgale
General Counsel
Hartley Dikgale has 18 years experience in the corporate environment. Prior to joining Rand Uranium, he worked as an Executive Director at Pamodzi Investment Holdings responsible for Business Development and Value-add facilitation in all Pamodzi’s portfolio companies. He previously held Board seats at Foodcorp, Kulungile Metals, Pamodzi Resources , Pamodzi Resources Fund, ISIS and Altech Data, and he currently sits on the following boards: - Pamodzi Investment Holdings, Pamodzi Industrials, Anglo Inyosi Coal, and Cross Boarder Road Transport Agency. Hartley specialises in giving legal counsel on various branches of the law as well as Corporate Governance, Telecommunications & Broadcasting, Business Investment and Fund Management. Hartley has the following qualifications: - B.Iuris (Unin), LLB (Wits), LLM (Vista) and H.Dip Co Law (Wits). |
