• Pamodzi Resources Fund : Pamodzi Resources Fund 1 LLP (“PRF”) is a leading mining and resources private equity fund. PRF is backed by First Reserve Corporation and AMCI Capital, a resources and energy focused private equity venture.
  
  
• First Reserve Corporation: An energy industry investor, making both private equity and infrastructure investments throughout the energy value chain, for over 25 years.
  
  
• AMCI Capital: A private equity fund of the AMCI Group. The AMCI Group is an active global investor in coal, iron ore, base metals, power, shipping, logistics and trading.

The Company is 40% owned by Harmony.

The Company has an effective BEE ownership in excess of 40% through Pamodzi and Harmony.
